Formerly the Risk Management and Community Bank Audioconference Series. In lieu of separate Community Bank and Risk Management Series, this year's Audioconference Series combines risk management and community bank topics.

Series Overview
Offered each year, this series of five audioconferences is the best value in continuing education you'll find. Pay based on the number of telephone connections, not the number of people attending. How Audioconferences Work
Lasting 60 minutes, each audioconference starts with a panel of experts discussing the featured hot topic. Each concludes with questions and answers, your comments, and a lively discussion among conference participants.

September 21, 2010 – State of the Commercial Real Estate Market – A representative from Property & Portfolio Research, Inc. will provide information about the current status and future trends of various types of commercial real estate property, including office, multi-family, industrial, and retail throughout the country. October 12, 2010 – Understanding the Implications of Real Estate Tax Liens – Since real estate taxes are superior to a real estate mortgages, hear why lenders should take time to review and understand the consequences of unpaid real estate taxes and real estate tax liens that may be imposed by local tax collectors. November 9, 2010 – Commercial Real Estate Workouts and OREO – Hear what banks are doing to restructure CRE workout credits prudently. Is there capital to fill the refinancing gap?
