RMA’s Commercial Real Estate Lending Forum is for commercial real estate
lenders and experienced commercial lenders involved in income property lending.
Participants will hear presentations from guest speakers on a variety of topics
and will engage in roundtable discussions with the group. The format includes
presentations and Q&A with guest speakers who are industry experts in the various
topics covered in the Forum. Topics vary, but may include a permanent financing market
update, legal and environmental issues, appraisal issues, construction loan administration,
and underwriting issues involving various property types.
A special topic in this session will include problem CRE workouts with information&emdash;what
options do you have and what can you do to avoid foreclosures?
To benefit from this forum, participants should have a solid understanding
of commercial real estate lending. Attendance is limited, so please register
